Have a question, found a bug, want to suggest a game, or just want to say hello? Send us a message.
It goes straight to the people who make the games. There is no ticket queue, no third-party form service in the middle, and no newsletter waiting on the other side of it — your address is used to reply to you and for nothing else.
Replies usually arrive within a day or two, and a message sent over a weekend may wait until Monday.
Bug reports are genuinely welcome, and the more specific the better. The three things that help most: which game, what you were doing when it went wrong, and what browser and device you were on. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
Games that break on a particular phone or browser are the hardest to catch in testing, so those reports are especially useful.
If a game is too hard, too slow to get going, or unclear about what it wants from you, that is worth sending. Difficulty and tutorial complaints have changed several of these games after release.
Press enquiries, permission to cover or stream a game, and questions about how the site handles your data all reach the same place — the form above is fine for any of them. Data questions are covered in more detail on the privacy page.
