Enter a house by clicking its door. Each has a themed puzzle hiding a cursed relic.
Select an inventory item by clicking it, then click a target to use it (classic use-item-on-thing).
Clicking the wrong thing can get you killed. You respawn but lose score.
Collect all 4 relics, then use the graveyard altar to cast the cure and win.
