Loot on foot. Smash with the car.

You’re a pizza delivery driver caught in a strip-mall parking lot when the dead rise. Dead Lot is a PS1-style 3D survival game that drops you on foot inside a ransacked 90s video store — no weapon, no keys. Scavenge a pizza-shop key, raid TONY’S PIZZA next door for the car keys and a revolver, then climb into your delivery car. From there you switch freely between two modes: gun down zombies on foot with the revolver, or get behind the wheel and turn the horde into roadkill. Drift, burn NOS, hit the ramp, and survive escalating waves for as long as you can.
You start on foot inside a looted 90s video store with nothing but your fists. The first job is to gear up: find a way to your TONY’S PIZZA delivery car parked out in the lot.
Grab the pizza-shop key off the back wall of the video store’s manager office, then head out across the lot to the pizza shop next door. Its front door is locked — use the key (press F at the door) to get in.
Inside the pizza shop, pick up two things: the car keys hung on the back wall west of the oven, and a revolver sitting on the manager’s desk. The delivery car won’t start until you’re holding the keys.
Press F next to the car to get in. From here you can switch any time: drive to mow zombies down, or stop the car and step out (F again — the car must be nearly stopped) to fight on foot.
Driving: faster impacts deal more damage — a full-speed hit is an instant kill. Hold Space to handbrake-drift, hold Shift to burn NOS for a speed boost, and hit the ramp at speed to launch the car into the air. Your car has a health bar and 3 lives.
On foot: the revolver holds 6 rounds and takes about 1.6 seconds to reload (R). A headshot drops a zombie in one round; body shots take several. Your on-foot health is its own pool with a brief mercy window after each hit.
Three zombie variants hunt whichever you’re controlling — the car or you on foot: suburban dads wander randomly, office workers periodically re-aim at you (fastest), and gaunt maintenance guys home in relentlessly (slow but persistent).
Pickups drop as you fight: green health crosses restore HP, blue NOS canisters refill your nitrous tank. There’s no finish line — the run ends when your car is destroyed or you die on foot, so chase the highest wave and score you can.
