Each day, a new 5x5 grid of letter tiles is generated. Tap tiles in any order to spell a word (3-7 letters), then submit.
Valid words consume those tiles permanently and score points based on letter values and word length. Invalid words waste your turn.
After each of your 5 turns, 2-3 random tiles vanish from the grid. The vanishing pattern is the same for all players.
Letter values follow Scrabble scoring (common letters = 1pt, rare letters like Q/Z = 10pt). Longer words get bonus multipliers: 5+ letters = 1.5x, 7+ letters = 2x.

Five, on a 90-second clock. They constrain different things — the clock punishes hesitating, and the turn count punishes spending a word on something small when a better one was there.
Letters carry Scrabble values, so common letters are worth 1 and rare ones like Q and Z are worth 10. Length then multiplies the total: five letters or more scores 1.5x, seven or more scores 2x. A long word built from cheap letters routinely beats a short word full of expensive ones.
Using every remaining tile on the grid pays an extra 100 points. It is the hardest thing in the game to do deliberately, because the last word has to consume exactly what is left rather than whatever scores best.
Two or three vanish after each of your turns, so the grid shrinks under you and a word you were saving may not survive to your next turn. The pattern is identical for every player that day, which makes the vanishing something to anticipate rather than bad luck.
Three to seven letters, and tiles can be tapped in any order — they do not have to be adjacent. Submitting something invalid costs the turn, so a guess is expensive when you only have five.
