How to Play Turret Siege

Aliens emerge from a warp gate on the left and march along a glowing trail toward your colony HQ on the right. If they reach the base, you lose colonists. At 0 colonists, the colony falls.

Deploy human defenders on the purple alien rock tiles next to the trail. Select a unit type from the bottom bar, then tap any open terrain to build. Units auto-fire at aliens in range.

There are 4 unit types: Marine (cheap, fast rifle), Demolisher (explosive splash damage), Cryo Tech (slows aliens), and Plasma Gunner (beam pierces all aliens in a line).

Tap a deployed unit to upgrade it (up to level 5) or sell it for 60% of the total invested credits. Each upgrade level increases damage by 40% and slightly extends range.

Between waves, open the Research Lab to buy permanent bonuses: Reinforcements (more colonists), Supply Lines (earn bonus credits each wave), and Efficiency (cheaper deployments).

Waves scale infinitely. Every 5th wave is an Overlord wave. Every 10 waves the alien type cycles between Drones, Swarmers (many weak fast aliens), and Brutes (slow, armored).

Your final score is based on the wave you reached, total kills, and total credits earned.

Turret Siege Strategy Guide

Start with 2-3 Marines covering the first bend. They’re cheap and their fast fire rate handles early waves easily.
Deploy a Cryo Tech at a chokepoint early. Slowed aliens spend more time in range of all your units, massively increasing total damage.
Demolishers shine against Swarmer waves (every 10th wave cycle). Place them where aliens bunch up on turns.
Save up for Plasma Gunners on long straight sections of the trail. At high levels, a single Plasma can shred entire waves.
Upgrade your best units before deploying new ones. A level 5 Marine does more DPS than three level 1 Marines combined.
Research Supply Lines early. Even 10-20% bonus credits per wave compounds hugely over time and lets you afford more upgrades.
Don’t neglect Reinforcements. Buying 5 colonists for 200cr is cheap insurance against Overlord waves that slip through.
For late game (wave 30+), you need a mix of maxed Cryo Techs to slow everything and maxed Plasma Gunners/Demolishers for damage. Pure Marine builds fall off.
